OVERVIEW
Welcome to TireLane.ca. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TireLane.
TireLane operates this website and online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered through it (the “Services”). TireLane is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer the Services.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping and Local Delivery Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website, govern your use of the Services.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through TireLane.ca, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND TIRE INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, tire sizes, load ratings, speed ratings, seasonal classifications, and other product information.
Product photographs may be representative images. Actual tread appearance, sidewall markings, manufacturing details, or packaging may vary by tire size or production run.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the tire size, load rating, speed rating, and other specifications selected are suitable for their vehicle and intended use.
Fitment information provided by TireLane is intended to assist customers but does not replace the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications, tire placard, owner’s manual, or professional fitment advice.
Product descriptions, availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from TireLane.
All orders are subject to supplier stock confirmation and acceptance by TireLane.
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean supplier inventory has been confirmed.
If a product becomes unavailable, is incorrectly listed, or cannot be supplied, TireLane may cancel the affected item or order and refund any amount paid for the unavailable product.
We may contact you by email or telephone regarding inventory, delivery arrangements, product substitutions, fitment questions, or other matters relating to your order.
Orders are subject to our Refund Policy.
Clearance and Final Sale products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except where required by applicable law or where an eligible warranty claim applies.
SECTION 4 – PRICING, TAXES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on TireLane.ca are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices and promotions may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, including HST where required, are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Where an environmental handling fee or similar fee is stated as included in the advertised price, no additional charge will be added for that fee unless otherwise disclosed before checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, product-description, or system errors. If an error affects an order you have already submitted, we may contact you to confirm the corrected order or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
SECTION 5 – LOCAL DELIVERY
TireLane currently provides local delivery to eligible addresses within designated service areas.
Delivery eligibility is determined using the postal code and delivery address entered during checkout.
Local delivery is currently offered free of charge where indicated at checkout.
All delivery dates and times are estimates unless TireLane specifically confirms otherwise.
After supplier inventory has been confirmed, TireLane may contact you to arrange or confirm delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, email address, and telephone number.
TireLane is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect customer information, unsafe delivery conditions, inability to access the delivery location, or events outside our reasonable control.
Standard parcel or nationwide courier shipping is not currently offered unless specifically shown as an available option during checkout.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES
Regular-priced tires may be eligible for return in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Tires that have been mounted, installed, used, damaged, or driven on are not eligible for a standard return.
Clearance and Final Sale items are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
Eligible product defects and warranty concerns will be handled according to the applicable manufacturer warranty.
Certain products may also qualify for manufacturer or supplier satisfaction programs. Eligibility and conditions vary by product and manufacturer.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of TireLane.ca, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, website design, and other materials, is owned by TireLane or used with permission from its licensors, suppliers, manufacturers, or service providers.
Such materials may be protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal and lawful shopping purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit website content without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Manufacturer names, logos, trademarks, and product images remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, tools, applications, or other services.
TireLane is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or operation of third-party websites or services.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by the terms and policies of those providers.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
TireLane is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make through TireLane are made directly with TireLane.
Shopify is not the seller of TireLane products and is not responsible for the fulfillment of orders placed with TireLane.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process information relating to your access to and use of the Services as described in Shopify’s applicable privacy policies.
SECTION 11 – CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, or other feedback to TireLane, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.
You grant TireLane permission to use submitted feedback for purposes including customer service, operating the website, improving the Services, and marketing TireLane.
Feedback must not contain unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or malicious content.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
From time to time, the website may contain typographical errors, incorrect pricing, incorrect specifications, inaccurate availability information, or other errors.
We reserve the right to correct such errors, update information, or cancel affected orders.
If an order is cancelled because of an error and payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use TireLane.ca:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to violate applicable laws or regulations;
- to infringe intellectual-property rights;
- to transmit malicious code;
- to interfere with website security or operation;
- to collect information about others without authorization;

- to misuse the website or Services in a manner that could harm TireLane, Shopify, customers, or third parties.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
SECTION 14 – TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where necessary to protect TireLane, customers, Shopify, or third parties, or where these Terms have been materially violated.
Any obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and reliable Services.
However, except where prohibited by applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of technical problems.
Manufacturer warranties applicable to products are governed by their respective warranty terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, conditions, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian or provincial law.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TireLane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or customer rights where such limitation is prohibited by law.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 19 – WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
TireLane may transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a sale, restructuring, transfer, or other lawful change involving the business.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply based on your place of residence.
SECTION 22 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, policies, or legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on TireLane.ca.
Where required by law, appropriate notice of material changes will be provided.
