Refund policy

Regular-priced tires may be returned within 20 days of delivery provided they are unused, unmounted, undamaged, and in their original resalable condition. Customers must contact TireLane.ca before returning any product to receive return authorization.

Clearance and Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Tires that have been mounted, installed, or driven on are not eligible for a standard return. Product defects and eligible warranty claims are handled separately under the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Certain tire models may qualify for a manufacturer or supplier satisfaction guarantee. Eligibility, time limits, and conditions vary by brand and model and will be confirmed by TireLane.ca.

Mounting, balancing, installation, delivery, and other service charges are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian or provincial consumer-protection laws.
